Comments & Product Reviews

When visitors leave product reviews or comments under our bag listings, we collect all information you fill in the comment form, alongside your IP address and browser user-agent string, to detect spam and fake reviews.
A hashed, non-identifiable version of your email address may be shared with Gravatar to verify your visitor identity. You can review Gravatar’s privacy policy at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your review is approved, your public Gravatar avatar will display next to your feedback on our bag product pages.

Uploaded Media & Customer Photos

If you upload photos of your purchased bags, customer showcase images or unboxing pictures to our website review section, we recommend removing embedded EXIF GPS location data before uploading. Other shoppers can download your uploaded images and extract location metadata if you leave it attached.

Cookies

When you submit a product review or comment on our bag pages, you may choose to save your name, email and website into persistent cookies. These cookies auto-fill your details for future reviews and remain stored for 12 months.
